Renewal Scout keeps the contracts you enter so you can see notice deadlines and what you used to pay.
Account
Sign-in is a magic link to your email. We store that address, your workspace, and the contracts you add. Session cookies keep you signed in. We do not sell this information.
Contract files and AI
Files you upload stay in a private storage bucket, under your workspace. When you import a contract, the text or page images are sent to a model only to suggest fields on the review screen. You edit those fields and confirm them before anything is saved.
Customer documents are not used to train AI models. We do not permit contract files, extracted text, or page images to be used as training data.
Deletion on request
You can delete a contract in the app. That removes its price history. To delete the workspace, uploaded files, and the account, email privacy@renewalscout.io from the address on the account. We delete that data on request.
